Dining Services

The kitchen chef Stefan Will provided all ECLA meals. Breakfast, lunch and supper were served on weekdays; brunch and supper on weekends and special occasions.

Lunch was the main meal on a weekday and brought together students, faculty and administration at the dining hall in Waldstraße 70. To cater for all tastes and needs, different menus were offered each day.

A sample lunch looked like this:

Menu 1 Asparagus-Bacon Gratin with New Potatoes, and Green Chives
Menu 2 Stuffed Giant White Mushrooms, Chard Vegetables and Creamy Polenta
Dessert Apple Puree with Leibniz Cookies
