Why did you choose ECLA?
I studied Visual Arts before I came to ECLA and really enjoyed the theory and philosophy of art. ECLA has what I consider the perfect approach to these areas and Berlin is one of the best places to study this.

What was the most interesting course for you so far and why?
Aya Soika's course on Nineteenth-Century Art in France and Germany.        

What's the most important thing you've learned at ECLA?
I've developed a sincere appreciation for intellect, something I considered an ambition in the past.

What's your favorite activity outside the classroom?
Cooking with friends in our dorm kitchen, gallery visits and in the summer I enjoy bike rides and discovering new areas of the city.

When/if a friend comes to Berlin, where do/would you take them?
